We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service writer to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. We have a state of the art Reynolds and Reynolds DMS system. You will be someone who enjoys working with people and possesses a passion for helping others. Are you looking for a rewarding challenge ? Responsibilities

• Provide timely updates
• Assist customer with needs/requests
• Greeting customers at the service lane
• Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
• Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
• Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience as service advisor to maximize profit
• The ability to see the service experience through the eyes of the guest .
• A " whatever it takes " mindset
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
• Patient and comfortable dealing with customers
• Professionalism and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Willing to learn and take direction
