- Role: Senior Project Manager (Remote, CST hours)
- Openings: 5 positions

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, multi-functional, enterprise-level IT and/or Supply Chain projects
- Lead highly effective project teams remotely
- Blend Agile and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate
- Drive business process improvements as a senior business analyst or SSBB
- Implement and deliver critical IT and/or Supply Chain projects successfully
- Collaborate with business operations, PMO, customers, and third-party vendors
- Ensure effective project documentation and reporting using project management tools
- Apply understanding of software development life cycle in project delivery
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years managing complex, enterprise-level projects
- At least 6 years leading remote project teams
- Expertise in Agile and traditional project management principles
- Strong background in business operations/process improvement
- Demonstrated success in IT and/or Supply Chain project implementation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Visio, Microsoft Project, and Office tools
- Training in negotiation and understanding team motivation
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- PMP certification (required)
- ITIL certification (preferred)
