Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs

Required Qualifications

Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
