General Labor / Shop Hand

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay Rate: $15-17/Hr.

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable general laborer to assist with daily production, warehouse, and shop operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical work, using basic hand and power tools, moving materials, and following instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
• Assist skilled workers and shop personnel with daily tasks.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Perform grinding, cutting, drilling, cleaning, and material preparation as needed.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and production activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with shipping and receiving when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the work area.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Safety-conscious and dependable.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
