Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding moving and relocation services.
* Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, appointments, and customer requests.
* Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, scheduling, and policies.
* Schedule moving appointments and coordinate service requests.
* Assist customers with questions or concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
* Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
