Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention for speech and language deficits
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid New Jersey state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Minimum of 30 hours per week availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare facility setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
