Key Responsibilities

Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs
Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active state PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Ability to follow established treatment plans and work within a supervising PT relationship
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
Compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility regulations and guidelines
