About the Job:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Agent to assist customers, coordinate service requests, and support daily transportation operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
* Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, services, and company procedures.
* Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs.
* Enter and update customer information, service orders, and notes in company systems.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
